Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. A video must be recorded while opening the package as proof, and relevant photos of the issue should also be taken. Customer service must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the product with the video and photos for verification. The delivery time recorded by the courier partner will be considered to calculate the 48-hour period. Customer service will review the proof and determine whether the product is eligible for a return or exchange. Tivaaro’s decision will be final in determining whether the product qualifies for return or exchange.

Can products be returned for personal preference or change of mind?
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or style choice may be accepted. The customer will be required to pay Rs. 200 as courier charges to return the product. Once the returned product is received and approved, the amount will be issued as store credit only, which can be used to purchase another product. Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.
