Damaged package:

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording a video while opening the package and capturing clear photos of the issue.

Delivery acceptance:

It is recommended that someone be available at the delivery address to receive the package. Our courier partners may require a signature or confirmation upon delivery.

Failed delivery attempts:

Change of shipping address:
