Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience and stand behind the quality of every Tivaaro product.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

- A clear unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.

- Relevant photos showing the issue must be provided.

- Tivaaro must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tivaaro.com.

The delivery timestamp recorded by the courier partner will be considered as the official delivery time for calculating the 48 hour window.

All submitted proof will be reviewed by our team, and Tivaaro reserves the sole right to determine whether the product qualifies for a return or exchange.

Once received and approved, eligible returns for damaged or incorrect products will be processed via exchange or store credit, at Tivaaro’s discretion. Refunds will not be processed to the original payment method.

Returns requested due to change of mind, personal preference, or style selection may be accepted under the following conditions:

- Courier fee of Rs. 200 will be applicable per product. For returns involving multiple items, the total courier fee will be charged accordingly.

- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original form and in original packaging with all items.

- Once received and approved, the amount will be issued as store credit only. Refunds will not be processed to any type of original payment method in any case.
